Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not as a way to earn income, pay debts or solve financial problems. Every wager involves risk and no strategy can guarantee a profit.
Set a money limit before playing
Use only disposable entertainment money. Do not use rent, bills, savings, borrowed money or funds needed for essential expenses. Decide the maximum loss you can accept before a session starts and stop when that amount is reached.
Set a time limit
Choose a clear session end time and take regular breaks. Long sessions can make it harder to notice cumulative spending and can increase impulsive decisions.
Do not chase losses
Previous losses do not make a future win more likely. Increasing stake size or extending a session to recover losses increases financial exposure without changing the underlying game probabilities.
Warning signs
Consider stopping and seeking support if you borrow to gamble, hide gambling from people close to you, repeatedly exceed limits, miss financial obligations, gamble to escape stress, or feel unable to stop.
Account controls
Where available, use deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. If a control you need is not visible in your account, contact [email protected] and ask what account restrictions are available before continuing to play.
Legal age and location
Only gamble if you meet the legal age requirement and online gambling is permitted for you in your location. Do not attempt to bypass age, identity or location restrictions.
Getting help
If gambling is causing harm, stop gambling and contact a recognized gambling-support or health service in your country. In an immediate financial or mental-health crisis, use the appropriate local emergency or professional support service.
